My classes are designed for real people living real lives.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll be welcomed, supported and guided at a pace that feels right for you.
My general yoga classes focus on the heart of yoga: connection, awareness and going inward, rather than fast flows or performance-based poses. They are small in size so that each person receives attention and guidance.

Smaller classes allow me to support you with clearer guidance, safer alignment and personalised options for your body.

You don’t need flexibility, strength or prior yoga experience. Every practice is adaptable and tailored to the needs of the group.

While movement (asana) is part of the practice, these classes also include pranayama, mindfulness, meditation and simple teachings from traditional yoga that help support the whole body.

You’re encouraged to listen to your body, move mindfully and practice in a way that feels nourishing rather than pushing or forcing.

What You’ll Experience in Class?

Each session is thoughtfully designed and may include:
– Gentle warm-ups to release tension
– Slow, steady movements to build mobility and strength
– Breath combined with movement to support calmness and focus
– Mindfulness woven throughout the movements
– Restorative or grounding postures

I aim to create a space where you can reconnect with your body, quieten your mind and feel supported, whether you’re here for stress relief, movement, wellbeing, or simply a little peace.
